When commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

Work Process:

First is a basic sketch of the composition. I will send this image with a watermark for you to make any changes.
I'll make requested changes (If any) to the first draft. I'll send a second draft with made changes. After this draft, I will proceed to finalize the drawing. I WILL NOT MAKE ANY FURTHER CHANGES after I've confirmed it's ok to finalize. At this stage, this will be your final chance at making changes. (Please keep in mind all work revisions are limited to my perspective on the piece and my art-style.)
Again, once approved I'll start finalizing the drawing from here with the shading and details (if requested depending on the art type).

Use of Works:

Please DO NOT reproduce, use as NFTs, re-sell my work, or use it for monetary gain. DO NOT repost my works without my permission unless it has been purchased and/or commissioned by me. Otherwise, it would infringe on my copyright. If you feel inclined to "re-post" my works, please provide accurate sources and proper credit.
If you're unsure what is OK, feel free to ask. We can also discuss if you'd like to use my work for commercial purposes (gaining copyright for use of works).
Any works with copyright use are permitted to use said artwork for commercial purposes under the commissioner's name/company stated in their reserved contract/receipt. (For illustrations such as Twitch emotes and other graphics. This also applies to works made for commercial use.)
Any finished commissions I complete may be used as samples and/or placed in my gallery/portfolio. I have all rights to use works as I see fit unless stated otherwise under contract.

Refunds:

All sales are final upon receiving the final product.
Partial refund if a draft has been delivered and commissioner decides to cancel.
No refunds if the final phase of the process was been confirmed and in-progress for a duration. (Unless offered under certain circumstances.)
